First Birthday Party

on Sunday we celebrated Liam's first birthday with Dominic's ribs and TONS of family and friends, about 45 of them!  I know everyone has been dying to see the details and I won't make you wait anymore
 a banner for his highchair
check out how much Liam's grown!
Auntie picked up these two decor items!

 There was quite the spread

The cupcakes Bianca made were absolutely fabulous, they were the only cake Liam would eat!
 He got those ribs perfect!
Some mini cupcakes for those of us who wanted just a bite...or 3 :)
After this shot I was on full baby duty since he pretty much didn't want anyone but Momma the whole time.  Thank goodness for Janet and her picture taking abilities.  THANK YOU JANET!

it took quite a while to get everyone through the line, and by the end people were heading back through for seconds
these are the best shots I have of the cake, with all the commotion it was the one thing I never got around to getting a good shot of.

 What's in here??

Thanks auntie, the cozy coupe was the best gift of the day.

 Baby Scarlett and her daddy

Papa and his 2 great grandkids

Me, Izabella and her mommy
 Our familyof 3!

Cleatus was a gift from Brian, a very fitting gift I'd say!  Liam loved him, unfortunately he was broken so we're working on getting him replaced.

In the days before the party we spent a lot of time with family.  Thursday we hung out with Nana and auntie Gina before heading to Hailee's recital.

Please note just how much hair our little Liam has, it will be needed for comparison in just a bit.  (does anyone else think he's got a little "party in the back" going on here??)

Hailee's over to the right in the middle row
Sorry H, I snuck in a few shots of Miss Izabella while you were performing.

 SOLO TIME!
Dominic's checking her out...I think we'll keep her!
Don't you think she has more hair than Liam??
The following morning Liam woke up with the most eye goop he's had ever.  Both eyes were bad but his left was the worse

We spent the day just hanging out again and then headed to Silvercity Brewery for a joint birthday dinner for Tony and Dominic.  After such a long wait, probably close to 90 minutes, we were seated and had a lovely dinner.  As usual, Liam was wonderful and just played peek-a-boo with everyone all night.

Saturday night we had meatballs at the Garguile's

Followed by a cake for each boy's birthday.
