Our Valentines Day began on Feb 13th with my new favorite breakfast, crepes. This time Dominic made a blueberry compote.
After a little jaunt up to Lodi to pick up out wine club shipment from D'art (we ended up being 2wks early so now we have to go back) we got back home. I put Dominic's sweater on in the tasting room because it's actually been chilly here in Central California, he turns to me and says in all seriousness, "that looks a little big on you" It took us back to the middle school days
I bought Dominic this great new magazine that showcases dinners for two. This is what we decided to make
Our first time using the pasta attachment for the Kitchaid. It was ridiculously easy and we'll certainly be using it again soon.
One of the great things about the magazine is that it has lovely little side dishes and salads that coordinate with the meals, here's the fried mozzerella we made.

That picture of you in Dominic's sweater made me think of middle school too! I think i may have a picture of you from back then looking so similar... hmm... maybe I should scan it! :)
