Christmas (barely in time for 2009)

Please be sure you're comfortable this is going to take awhile Dominic decided to switch his flight from Christmas eve evening to the morning and when I made it to his parents place I caught him shoveling snow and Tony trying to take out the Audi...he was back only minutes later after deciding that it was rough going.

Then it was back to the Jensen's for some horsing around and getting ready for the annual Garguile Christmas Eve Party!!!Kassidy (his god-daughter)

This is Mr Goody...if he's not around on christmas eve santa won't stop at your house

Eventually we called it a night and went back to the Jensen's for Santa to make his arrival and he DID NOT disappoint! As usually this girly (my sis) was up first. I heard later that when Hailee woke up she went into our room and told Dominic she didn't want to go upstairs because "what if santa hadn't come?" Dominic told her to just go check and that's when we saw her first.Dad was second up and began the celebration with some festive attire
Start diggin' in
Hi mom...I think she's enjoying her giftsKiwi was thinking this one might be her stocking...she was wrong, that's grandma's, santa put the pup's up on the mantle so they wouldn't get into them The gift you see her was hailee's absolute favorite wrapping paper...she would show anyone who would listen (great job shelley!)
Cindy got her Wii...although I think there would have been a mutiny if she hadn'tHailee says "thanks Adam and Dorothy for my great barbie!" the wrap on this one is that great blue one that she was posing with in the last post.Aren't we cute My favorite picture of Miss H on Christmas
Now, here's what a good doggy does on christmas morning...staying out of the gifts and here is Kiwi...destroying her gift in minutes.
he doesn't look too thrilled but I'm pretty sure dad was liking his new LCD headlight (we all have these and they are great)
a quick shower and it was on to another christmas morning with the garguile's. They were LOVIN' getting to sleep in for once.
Tony with his christmas present
and this is what it led too

I'm pretty sure these are his two favorite ladies
Sue and Bob's comes next..the food is always delish and this year it was a world cuisine themed affair. Love the sibling action

After much relaxing and ohhing and ahhing over our spoils we met up at Claudia's for the gift exchange...This is Bianca's first Nana's pudding and she completely nailed it!
They have a humongous tree

can't remember what they were doing, but most of the cousins were up to something

Present opening
This next one was the hit of the night I think...it was not intended for these ladies but they couldn't help but reminice about that doll smell.
Look how surprised they all are (that's the actual gifty Karlea)

She actually pees and poos and everyone needed to see her in action.

Papa opening his gift.

GPS was a popular choice this year, here's steve with his
and Lori with hers
On friday Rod, Kristy and fam stopped by and we had a blast just chatting...

Dominic wasn't feeling so well so he looked like this for the majority of this eveningRod and Kristy Saturday we headed back the Garguiles for a little XBox action before doing bruch with Mary and Tim

She brought over the Wii to let me playLovin my pup who enjoys getting to come alongThe whole group with the tree (the self timer is fab) That evening we stepped up to the adult table for real. Most of the Garguile clan has December birthdays and Papa always takes everyone out...we got to go for the first time :)

A quick night's sleep and it was Baptism time...Nick and Jenn's little boy Bennet Jim (apparently he was standing in for his big bro but he did a spectacular job)

O'Dea boys (Bryan, Jim, Nick, Dominic, Pat, and Tony)

We had a guest for our trip home....Miss H needed to get to Cali to see her dad and we happily let her tag along with us. She thoroughly enjoyed getting to fly with Eclair and will never understand why Kiwi doesn't get to come along all the time.Do you see that? This one's for Cindy...that's a WSU plane!!!!
We always have such a great time with family and this trip was no different...can't wait to do it again.
