Foods he's eating:

white nectarine
strawberries
avocado
broccoli
banana
pear
apple
sweet potato
watermelon
squash
crenshaw melon
cucumber

Things he's doing:
pulls up with ease
crawls at the speed of light

extremely interested in other kids and people
high pitched screams of joy when he's excited/happy
working on pincher grasp and waving hi/bye, but he has a way to go

Firsts:
corn maze
petting zoo
camouflage from grandpa
Grandma and Grandpa came to visit this weekend and we had a blast just hanging out and doing fall things like pumpkin patches, farmer's markets and corn mazes.  Of course grandma couldn't leave without adding to Liam's toy pile.  He picked up a gobble and go hippo as well as a table activity station.  Both of them should come in handy for this standing/pulling up baby.

Pumpkin patch/Corn Maze (remember we go every year for our anniversary you can see previous ones here 2009, 2008)

 Farmer's Market

I think this is what they refer to as "sleeping like a baby"
playing at Bass Pro Shop

 Petting Zoo

Some last cuddles with the grandparents before they leave

a sneak peek into his outfit for our upcoming family portraits
Thanks for all my new toys grandma and grandpa
Anniversary Dinner at Concetta's, tapas are the best since you don't have to chose just one entree

28 weeks

This week has been the week of teeth.  They haven't quite breeched the surface yet but I KNOW they're going to be there any minute.  In fact, yesterday I said to Liam, are you going to break those teeth through today or save them for next week's first?  Guess it's next week.

Foods:
white nectarine
strawberries
avocado
broccoli
banana
pear
apple
sweet potato
watermelon

The other day I let him suck on my all strawberry popcicle, NO ARTIFICAL CRAP ADDED.  Liam L-O-V-E-D it.  I think we need to blend up some of this fruit and freeze it so he can use it to sooth the pain from teething.  Yeah, we'll do that in all our free time ;)

In order to better baby proof we upgraded our dining room situation with a fantastic hutch I'd been eyeing for YEARS.  Each piece is seperate so we can reconfigure easily in the future.

Day 1096, Three years!

Today is our third anniversary and to say we've had some changes in the last 365 days is an understatement.  Even though we both worked today and I was on call last night, Liam was up 3 times and we're both exhausted I was greeted with waffles for breakfast...I LOVE MY HUSBAND!  I couldn't have married a more amazing, loving, perfect man.  Here's a few pictures of our amazing day, in case you could possibly forget it ;)

We had these moss letters in our entry until last weekend when I finally retired them because they were getting too dried out

There's a zoolander story behind this one

I couldn't post about my wedding without a good pictures of my bouquet.  I'm STILL in love with it, Anne did a phenominal job (unfortunately, last I heard she was taking a break from floral)

27 weeks

Liam has been working full time on pulling up.  He's using anything he can get his hands on to pull up including the crib, his stroller, the end tables, the kitchen table, chairs and just about anything else in his path.  If we let him use our hands he'll even take a few steps while holding on.

He's also starting to get into everything.  If there are 20 things in reach of him and he shouldn't have one of them then that is the ONLY thing he wants.  It doesn't even need to be in reach.  I have a million toys, ok maybe only 15 or so, on his mat and all he wants to do is crawl off and pull on the computer cable.  Today he even took off down the hall for the first time....My life for the next 5+ years is going to be chasing after this child I can already tell.

Here's an example, when Dominic is in the kitchen making dinner Liam will often follow him in and play on the floor at his feet, trying to pull up on the cabinets your legs and stove (we're teaching him NOT to do that last one).  Then when he's done cooking Liam follows him back out.  What can I say, the boy loves his daddy.

Firsts:
First diaper rash-we noticed a bit of a rash starting up and within a few days it had gotten pretty bad.  we were using the usual diaper free time but it wasn't doing enough so when we were at his 6m visit Dr Daley said to try some yeast cream.  We tried that alone for about 2 days but we noticed that when combined with the Budreaux's butt paste it worked even better.  Switching over to 'sposies and using this combo had it cleared up in 3 days.  Brooke was fabulous and bleached all the diapers so we didn't have any recurrances, lets hope this is teething related and not to reoccur for quite a while

Foods he's eating:
avocado

banana
pear
apple
sweet potato
watermelon

I have been a bad photographer this week so we're light on the pictures..sorry guys.  With my call schedule I'm afraid this will be happening for the next few weeks.

I'm a sucker for baby rolls!  Liam really doesn't have too much chub but these pictures capture it well

Up to no good :)
Brooke took this during the day.  He went down for his nap and sat up, she patted him and he just slumped over and slept like this
Where I often see him
The other side of my view, he pulled himself up just like this
